Performance Marketer (Google Ads, Meta Ads & SEO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO to drive paid and organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns while also improving search rankings through SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Management: Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimizations to improve organic rankings.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ACOS, and organic rankings, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights on ad performance and SEO progress.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and SEO.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and organic search rankings.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and site structure for SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in Google Sheets/Excel for campaign analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Meta (Facebook) Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or eCommerce SEO is a plus.
