How to send your products to Amazon's global Fulfillment Centers?

Sending your products to Amazon Fulfillment Centers:

You can choose to either send in your inventory by yourself using your own carrier partners or take advantage of Amazon’s carrier partners. Below is the list of documents required to send shipments to Amazon Fulfillment centers through our carrier partners:

  • You can register for IEC from here – http://dgft.gov.in/
  • To apply for IEC, kindly go to Services > IEC > Online IEC Application

Proprietary or partnership firm:

  • One Passport size photo
  • One IEC copy
  • One PAN copy
  • One copy of GST NO. of your company
  • One address proof: Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill or Bank statement of the billing address which you want to keep

Private Ltd. Firm:

  • One Passport size photo
  • One IEC copy
  • One PAN copy
  • One Copy of a Memorandum of Association, Article of Association or Letter of Incorporation
  • One copy of TAN NO. & GST NO. of your company
  • One address proof: Electricity Bill, Telephone Bill or Bank statement of the billing address which you want to keep

 

You can get the AD code letter from the bank where you have opened a current account for the Export & Import on Bank’s letterhead. Once you get the AD code letter from the bank, it needs to be registered from Indian Customs at the export port.
