Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AddMatrix, we value the trust our clients place in us. Our services involve strategic consulting, account management, advertising, and creative solutions on Amazon and other marketplaces. Since these are professional services that require significant time, expertise, and resource allocation, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:


1. Service Fees

  • All service fees paid to AddMatrix are non-refundable, as they cover the time, effort, and resources invested in planning and execution.

  • Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice.

  • Any ongoing or completed work within the notice period will be billed and must be paid in full.

  • Prepaid services (e.g., monthly retainers) will not be refunded if canceled mid-cycle.


3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

  • Incorrect billing amounts charged by AddMatrix.

In such cases, verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Third-Party Costs

Payments made directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, tools, or software) are not controlled by AddMatrix and are therefore non-refundable through us. Clients must contact the respective service provider for such refunds.


5. Dispute Resolution
