Job Title : Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with Amazon sellers. Your goal is to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer addMatrix’s digital services to help them succeed on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Convert Leads: Reach out to potential clients generated through our marketing efforts.
  • Sales Pitch & Follow-ups: Explain our Amazon marketing services, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Client Consultations: Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages.
  • CRM Management: Track leads, update sales progress, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of sales experience, ideally in the eCommerce or Amazon seller space.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills in English & Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace & digital marketing (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejections and objections.
