Job Title: Flipkart Account Management Expert.

We are seeking a Flipkart Account Management Expert to oversee and optimize seller accounts on Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have experience managing e-commerce accounts, improving sales performance, and handling day-to-day operations on Flipkart Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Account Setup & Management:

  • Ensure correct category and attribute selection for maximum visibility.
  • Create and manage Flipkart seller accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and relevant keywords.

2.Sales Growth & Optimization:

  • Optimize Flipkart advertising (Product Listing Ads, Smart ROI campaigns) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop strategies to improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions.
  • Monitor pricing strategies and analyze competitors to stay competitive.
  • Plan and execute promotions, deals, and Flipkart-sponsored advertisements.

3.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Generate regular performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Track key performance metrics such as sales, impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

4.Inventory & Order Management:

  • Monitor Flipkart’s inventory health and manage return/exchange processes.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with warehouses or fulfillment centers for smooth order processing.

5.Policy Compliance & Issue Resolution:

  • Ensure all listings and operations comply with Flipkart’s policies.
  • Resolve account-related issues, order discrepancies, and customer escalations.
  • Work closely with Flipkart Seller Support to address any platform-related concerns.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Flipkart account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Central, policies, and algorithms.
  • Experience in Flipkart advertising, promotions, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing Amazon accounts is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an e-commerce agency or brand management role.
