Job Title: Performance Marketer
We seek an experienced Performance Marketer to strategize, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels for D2C brands and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of paid advertising, data-driven decision-making, and budget management. This role requires excellent analytical skills and hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other relevant platforms to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (ROAS, CAC, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize conversions and minimize acquisition costs.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for higher click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and eCommerce teams to align ad creatives with marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
- To measure campaign success, implement tracking mechanisms using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters.
- Work closely with the growth team to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands and eCommerce businesses.
- Strong expertise in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel/Google Sheets, Data Studio, or other reporting tools.
- Experience in retargeting, email marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and revenue goals.
- Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or similar eCommerce platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
